Office of Agents
Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the Office of Agents website, products, checkout flows, and services.
Last updated: May 23, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Office of Agents website, account features, checkout flows, training materials, audits, agent installations, retainers, and related services. By using the website, booking a call, creating an account, placing an order, or engaging Office of Agents, you agree to these terms.
Services
Office of Agents provides AI workflow audits, AI system implementation, agent installation, training, support, and ongoing AI systems services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are described on the applicable product page, checkout page, proposal, statement of work, or written agreement.
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account, billing, business, and contact information.
- If an engagement requires access to your tools, you are responsible for authorizing that access and making sure your organization has permission to share the relevant data.
Orders, Payments, and Subscriptions
Payments are processed through Stripe. Product pricing, payment timing, and subscription terms are shown during checkout or in the applicable written agreement. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, subscriptions, taxes, and applicable fees.
Subscription retainers are billed month to month unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. You may cancel a month-to-month retainer before the next billing cycle by contacting service@officeofagents.com.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because many Office of Agents services involve reserved implementation time, custom planning, technical setup, and client-specific work, payments are generally non-refundable once work begins unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us promptly at service@officeofagents.com.
Client Responsibilities
- You will provide timely access, approvals, accurate information, and reasonable cooperation required to deliver the services.
- You remain responsible for business decisions, compliance decisions, customer communications, financial decisions, hiring decisions, and final review of AI-assisted outputs.
- You will not use the website or services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
AI Outputs and Human Review
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. Office of Agents designs practical workflows and guardrails, but you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in material business, legal, financial, employment, medical, or regulated decisions.
Third-Party Tools
Many implementations depend on third-party tools such as email platforms, CRMs, payment providers, automation platforms, AI model providers, document platforms, analytics tools, and other business software. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, pricing, security incidents, or feature limitations.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential business, technical, operational, or customer information from the other. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.
Intellectual Property
Office of Agents retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, training materials, code patterns, documentation structures, know-how, and internal tools. Subject to full payment, you receive the rights needed to use the custom deliverables created specifically for your business for your internal operations.
No Professional Advice
Office of Agents provides AI implementation and business systems services. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, investment, employment, or regulatory advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters.
Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, specific revenue results, headcount reductions, search rankings, model performance, or compatibility with every third-party tool.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Office of Agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to Office of Agents for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
